Premier’s wide range of presses goes beyond that of most printers. It allows us to ensure excellent quality and quick turn times for every size of project. We work three shifts every day to meet deadlines. Premier’s account representatives team up with our production specialists to oversee the details of each job, tracking files, proofs, press scheduling and bindery to ensure on time delivery.
Our Presses
We have nine presses ranging from a 40" 6-color Komori with inline UV coater to a 1-color 18" Hamada. This broad range let's us match jobs to presses cost-effectively. In house Ink Shop
From a small room on the second floor, the Ink Systems wizards loom large here at Premier. All the presses in the world won’t help if the ink’s not right. Ink Systems ink is our foundation for consistent color. They can mix custom inks to match almost anything, then provide draw downs on actual stock so your projects print as expected every time. Plastics, Vinyl and Static Cling
We have hard-won expertise in printing on specialty stocks including plastics. Call your sales representative for samples.
Special Inks & Coatings
Our six-color 40" press is equipped to run UV inks and coatings. We can essentially run a dry trap inline, eliminating the registration problems inherent in a second pass. We are also set up to run specialty inks such as “Liquid Silver” and “Liquid Gold.” Our Iriodin/Afflair coatings with micah and metal oxides can make a package or presentation folder shimmer as the viewing angle changes. Letter Press
A printed piece can be a feast for the fingers as well as the eyes with embossing done on our letter press. Die cutting, embossing and foil stamping are crafted by our expert pressmen on our own letter press.
